Fantastic 3 bed apartment in La Herencia, Casares

This is a fabulous, light, and airy apartment, built to top-quality specifications. The apartment takes up a whole floor and is very private.
It has a phenomenal outdoor space and open views to Doña Julia golf, Casares mountains, and partial sea views. I absolutely love the outdoor area – there are so many sections, both covered and uncovered areas enabling to really enjoy the Mediterranean lifestyle.

The apartment is a large spacious two-bedroom – the main bedroom is especially large with a dressing area with fitted wardrobes. The main ensuite bathroom is also spacious with a jacuzzi bath and separate walk-in shower. In addition, the owners have utilised a loft space above the kitchen to make a 3rd bedroom/office room. There is external access from the terrace to the third bedroom. If you are planning to work from home, It actually would make a phenomenal office as it has birdseye views over the Doña Julia Golf course.

As you walk in through the front door, you come into a corridor with the guest cloakroom to the left and the kitchen to your right. It is a modern, fully fitted kitchen with direct access out to the covered terrace. There is a stunning dining outdoor area under the covered terrace and you can access a staircase leading to the third bedroom. As you walk straight through from the main corridor you come to a very spacious living and dining area. There are glass balcony doors that run across the front of the apartment that open out onto the terrace. This means that not only do you have magnificent views from your lounge but there is lots of natural light in the apartment.

On the other side of the lounge – you go through a corridor to the two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main suite is a spectacular ensuite with dressing area. There are two pairs of patio doors leading out to the terrace. The second bedroom is also a large double and has patio doors leading out to the sunbathing area of the terrace.

The terrace is a large wrap-around terrace with a chillout, dining and sunbathing area.

La Herencia is a beautiful, gated urbanisation with a communal pool, gym and Turkish Hammam. The apartment comes with a private parking. You also get private use of a storeroom, owned by the community.

Located in Doña Julia, La Herencia is only a 5 minute drive from the stunning Casares Coast with its beautiful beaches and promenade and a 15 minute journey to the traditional white washed village of Casares.
