The community is gated and very well-maintained with two communal pools. The location is superb – only a 15 minute walk away from the beach. The urbanisation is literally on Casares golf, so you can tumble out of bed and walk to the golf club. There is also a restaurant and gym within walking distance. Casares has a beautiful coastline, with stunning sunsets and sunrises. You are also a 5 minute walk from the exclusive 6 star resort of Finca Cortesin with its Michelin star restaurants and stunning golf course and hotel. If you crave traditional Spain, you continue driving up the road and will, after a 10-minute drive, arrive at the whitewashed village of Casares with its cobbled streets and spectacular views.

At only 30 minutes from Gibraltar and an hour from Malaga, you are close to two international airports, making this unspoilt area of the Costa del Sol, very easy to get to from abroad.
