In a time of financial crisis, we at Hamilton Homes have seen that every penny counts. We have therefore created an exclusive service called Hamilton Direct. Hamilton Direct is a unique service which gives buyers the opportunity, for certain key resale properties, to contact the homeowner direct, and cut out the agency commission, representing a savings of 5% on the sales price.
The way Hamilton Direct works:
- You can choose to browse our site for direct properties by choosing to click the buy direct button on the Hamilton-Homes.com website. All direct properties are clearly labelled.
- When you see a property of interest, click on 'purchase contact details' and for only 19 Euros, you can purchase the contact details and get them sent directly to your email.
- Payment will be required to be made in full using paypal, before we send you any information.
- On receipt of payment confirmation, Hamilton Direct will send you an email with the contact details you requested.
- What then? The ball is in your court - you will be able to contact the seller personally and organise to view the property, whenever suits you.
- You will then be free to negotiate with the seller and arrange the sale yourself.
- No commission is payable to Hamilton Homes.
