Mercadona is a fabulous Spanish chain of Supermarket. It is our favourite supermaket and need to thank it for making easy a largely healthy Mediterranean diet. Great fresh fish, seafood, vegetables and fruit available from 9am till 9.30pm. In addition to this they have a big range of gluten-free produce.
Today’s Lunch
Lovely big bowl of fresh homemade minestrone soup today. The ‘secret’ for us is to stir in a big spoonful of pesto.
Delicious fresh figs should arrive soon! Heaven.
