I know we live in Spain and all try our best to integrate into the Spanish culture and way of life but there are occasions when we hark ” a bit of British”. Well, this weekend, you can satisfy that need at the “Great British weekend” which is taking place at the Parque Miramar shopping centre in Fuengirola.
The event kicks off at 8pm on Friday 28th September and runs until 8pm, then again on Saturday from 12pm to 8pm.
A fantastic programme of events for both adults and children has been planned all in the most authentic British style!. The events will be held at various points around the centre and include live music, shows and dances, free tastings, children’s cookery workshops and storytimes as well as mini croquet or darts on a giant dartboard!!
Tastings include fish and chips and traditional English cream cakes… yum yum!! There is a British themed rock and pop concert at 8pm on Friday and a performance from the cast of the Salon Varities theatre on Saturday.
